We were seen as soon as we arrived!! They were so caring and efficient. In and out in 40 minutes!!!!!
Refused to treat my child and claimed he did not have bronchitis and nothing wrong with him despite low o2 (oxygen) level and does indeed have lung inflammation and bronchitis! Worst ER ever!! Second time we’ve had problems with them not knowing what they’re are doing and failure to diagnose one of my children when they were truly sick. Also claimed to take his insurance that has no copay but refused to do any further testing unless we paid a $75 copay!!! How in the heck does that make sense?!? Avoid this place at all costs!
Wasted time and my son is having breathing issues and running a fever. The doctor said it was not bronchitis or pneumonia even though no X-rays were performed.

I’m here now with my husband and everyone has been super great and very fast! The nurse and technician are very personable and thorough. Big bonus they take our insurance! Definitely will return Incase or an emergency instead of going across the street to Memorial. (where we have had a bad experiences)
Service was excellent, staff was ever so kind, and attentive. Very impressed!
Wonderful service! We were there last night in need of a toddler stitch up. They took us right back and started caring for our son. They were knowledgeable, empathic and caring. They really treat you like family. We will keep coming back (but hopefully not too often!).
AWESOME!!!! Very nice and courteous personnel and quick and awesome service!!!!
