BEST ER VISIT I'VE EVER HAD. THEY LISTENED TO ME THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY TREATED MY PAIN AND EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND EFFICIENT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. THEY HAVE WORKED HARD TO BE THE BEST AND THEY ARE.

I was seen for pain in my calf I could barely walk and I have a history of blood clots they did a ultrasound said nothing was wrong with me mocked me and then sent me home. I sat for another day in pain and then finally went to another hospital and come to find out not only do i have blood clots in my legs but also in my lungs I will never go back to uc health. As this is the second time they have turned me away only for me to be admitted less that 24hrs later..
You guys have an EXCELLENT staff at that location. From check-in, diagnosis, treatment, to checkout, everything was amazing. Thank you so much for treating me with such care and respect!
My 23 year old daughter went to the ER with extreme gallbladder pain. The nurse and doctor never introduced themselves. She explained to them she was seeing a specialist about possibly having her gallbladder removed. Told the doctor she was in excruciating pain and possibly passing gallstones. She has had difficulty walking , unable to eat very much, losing weight, been fatigued etc. from the pain.
