I went in to take my son in because of a swollen arm. Before I could even finish the paper work they take us back to be seen by the nurses and Dr. We were there for maybe an hour but Jessica, Jamie, Mandy, and Dr. Hands were so awesome and made me and my son so comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and will be telling everyone about this place if they are ever in need to emergency services.

Quick fast and very helpful. ..I was checked in quickly by Jessica. ..nurse Nancy was already prepared for me before I even finished the paperwork. ..met with Dr Jenkins he made me feel at ease then Celeste took some xrays my pain level was at a 10 when I walked in lest then an hour later I was out and my pain level was at a 5..I would recommend this place to my closest friends and family

When trying to find an emergency room near me, I was glad to have found First Choice. Your doctor was wonderful and your medical staff was fantastic.

This is my first time coming here to first choice emergency everyone was very professional, front office person her name is Flo, was very knowledgeable on her job ,and nurse Stefanie made me feel right at home an answered all my questions, Dr.McDaniel asked all the right questions to help me I'm glad I chose first choice emergency that were very helpful

After a moment of stupidity resulting in my finger getting sliced open, I ended up at the First Choice ER, dreading the idea of getting stuck in an emergency room for who knows how long. Fortunately, that dread did not come to fruition. I called first to verify that they could take me; they were very nice, professional, and helpful on the phone. I am absolutely impressed by the facility and the staff at First Choice Northwest. I went in early Saturday Morning because my one year old was having trouble breathing. They saw me right away and all the staff there were so helpful. They even offered my boyfriend and I beverages (coffee, Gatorade). I loved the way they took care of my son. I even got a courtesy call the next day and get well card. I definitely will recommend my friends and family to First Choice Emergency Room. Thank you, Casares Family

I was really impressed with the staff friendliness and how quick i was in and out of there. I was literally out in an hour. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
