DON'T COME HERE!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!! Took my 5 year old daughter to this hell three weeks ago with cough, high fever, and lathargic. The male nurse is completely awful and I knew once he opened his mouth, we were in for a horrible experience. It's as if we were inconveniencing him during his favorite tv show. There is six members of my family and we will never go back. The Dr. told me it's a virus after 30 seconds of looking at her in the room, no mention at all of a strep test, flu test. From start to finish.... Very courteous, caring, and professional. Followed up with me after the visit to make sure everything was OK. I was very impressed.

What a terrible experience! Sent the bill to the wrong address for months, then called demanding money on a bill that we had never received. After receiving the bill there are several charges for things that they never did. While we were there the doctor was no help at all, and the nurses all seemed like they didn't want to be there. I would avoid this place!
My Neice had bad pains in her abdomen and went to Texas Health Emergency for medical treatment. The doctor on staff that night, Dr. Magruder without ordering the proper medical tests misdiagnosed what was wrong with her and sent her home. Long story, short.... She ended up in emergency a couple of nights later, Presbyterian Rockwall, where they did run the proper tests. They found out she had a cyst on one of her ovaries, and is now receiving treatment she needs.
