I had a very unfortunate visit with Katy... ... I have NEVER had a uncomfortable cleaning before. The tools were cutting into my gum tissue and when I expressed to her she did not care. She stated my gums were red and irritated from lack of flossing... this was laughable. I actually do floss daily, it was the clinicians poor skills. Be cautious... First Choice Dental seems to coach their hygienist to tell patients they have problems they truly do not clinically have.
