My last appointment (for cleaning) was very pleasant until the hygienist started doing other procedures I wasn't expecting. Had I been vigilant, I would not have allowed the other procedures at that time. Also, Dr Matos recommended replacing two old filings. The charges for my visit were way above what I expected and I will cancel the appointment to repair the fillings. When U walk in the door Pam & the staff always give U a welcoming feeling. I had Sydney for my cleaning and she was excellent. U have to understand that I am very uncomfortable at the dentist but with Dr Matos and his staff they put me at ease with their kindness and professionalism.
