Me and my wife attend the Summer Event 07/18/2026. Here at cypress point. For the 2nd. Year. Words alone can't describe how fantastic, well organized, everything was put together. Michelle our Manager. Perfesonally knows her job and has provided us with her years of experience, knowledge, and advice when it came to renovation scamers. Michelle has been an exceptional HOA manager. She is incredibly responsive, organized, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I’ve had the great pleasure of working with her while living in a property that she manages since 2019. I have had the opportunity to work with various property management cos in three different states. Michelle with First Choice is by far the best. The professionalism, patience, attention to detail and kindness are amazing. Speaking with your HOA pm team isn't always one looks forward to, but I know Michelle will address every situation immediately and with all parties happy. Highly recommend

I live in an HOA community and First choice community management became our new management company when they took over from our previous management company. I have no complaints about them and am so happy our HOA made the switch to First Choice Community Management LLC. Michelle and her team made things simple to understand and to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle at First Choice Management, and she was absolutely wonderful! She helped me figure out my parents’ HOA fees and took the time to explain every step of the process clearly. Michelle was kind, courteous, and incredibly patient — she made what could have been a confusing situation so much easier to understand. I truly appreciate her professionalism and friendly attitude.
