I own a house in Cypress Point for almost 20 years, as a property management company, First Choice Community Management did extraordinary work and created a cleaner, safer and enjoyable environment for our community.
The worst HOA I have ever worked with. They are slow in responding. I rude on the phone when you call them. Do not have the ability to communicate with them by email. they require phone calls. Our previous HOA for 20 years so superior. the up keep of our common areas has really gone done hill since they took over.
