This place is awful. I guess if you don't speak Spanish you don't get helped here. When I was taken back to the observation from it was 11:20am... I checked in with them up front when nobody had seen me at 12:25. Just over an hour after they took me back. The lady at the front desk told me "oh you're next". I waited one more hour and still nobody came back to see me. I bet you are thinking they were busy. Nope. When they took me back nobody was in the waiting room. They only have 3 observation rooms. This place is great! very nice and friendly staff/ Doctor. i went in for a weight loss consultation and was very pleased. i have tried other weight loss programs and i felt that here they went more into detail about weight loss goals and nutritional facts. which in my experience; other clinics I've tried don't. i would defiantly recommend this place to people. they have affordable prices and are a family practice urgent care for more things other then just a weight loss clinic.
