It was the second time that we have used them. I always go to their store/ workshop to have it done. Had so many bad experiences with safelight when they did it at my house. The Subaru Dealer told me to go to First Choice Auto Glass. Good work, punctual and fast. Took them about 16 minutes.
Quick response and perfect installation!
Showed up quickly but that was the only good thing they did. Windshield was immediately leaking after they left, they came back and tried to convince me it wasn’t their fault even though the leak started 1 day after. When the leak happened again I sent photos and videos which they read and ignored (texts have read receipts on). Took the car to Safelite who properly fixed it but water damage was already done to the metal and some electronics. Don’t let these guys anywhere near your car.
Jairo and Andre did an awesome job replacing my windshield, they were flexible, finished very quickly and it looks perfect! Very professional, I highly recommend them!
Jairo and Andre came out to my residence. They were very professional and expert in the replacement of my glass. They took every step to ensure that the glass was placed accurately in a timely manner. Thanks guys
