Terrible service, unresponsive, negitive and combative with homeowners. They do very little except to take our money and send out 4 newsletters per year. When you need help, dont look to them. I live in a gated community, the gate is crap, the entrance is crap, the gate codes dont always work, and it takes days and days, to resolve gate issues.I plan on running for the board and will make it my priority to fire them asap, and find a company more responsive and accountable.
\$75 for a Home Owners association Manual. What? They should be giving this information away as a service for collecting your monthly HOA fees. All to make an extra dollar.
These are some of the most incompetent people Ive ever had to deal with. Bring your patience!!!
