Our hot water heater had a bad pressure relief valve that was leaking water all over the garage. Previous company had the drainage routed completely wrong to where it would eventually cause water damage. Main regulator was also slightly leaking. Marcus made sure everything was fixed 100% correctly. Owner was very quick to reach out to us and was quick to respond.
Great company! I was given Ken’s info by my electrician who says he’s the best in the business. I called him on a Friday night when my heater went out and it was 30 degrees. He was slammed, but after listening to the issue he knew what the problem was and offered to come out. He also offered to guide me to fix it on my own (I had tried just about everything at that point). After following his directions I was able to fix it myself! He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and kind. He is my HVAC guy from now until forever.
Tristen came to do a checkup on my hvac and went above and beyond!
