Great company! I was given Ken’s info by my electrician who says he’s the best in the business. I called him on a Friday night when my heater went out and it was 30 degrees. He was slammed, but after listening to the issue he knew what the problem was and offered to come out. He also offered to guide me to fix it on my own (I had tried just about everything at that point). After following his directions I was able to fix it myself! He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and kind. He is my HVAC guy from now until forever.
Tristen came to do a checkup on my hvac and went above and beyond!

Great experience today with First Choice HVAC! My AC stopped working, so I called them early this morning. Ken returned my call shortly after and by mid afternoon, Dave came to my house and had my unit repaired very quickly. He was very friendly, professional and taught me a thing or two about my system. Reasonable priced without trying to upsell me into anything I didn’t need. Quick and easy. Used them 10 years ago and this was first issue I’ve had since. A++ service.
Great people, great service! They were able to replace a part on my AC under warranty when I was told by Morris Jenkins they could not replace under warranty. Saved me thousands!
