They were very efficient and professional and thorough. The technician was able to analyze the problem and discuss various options and costs to replace the broken part. I am a loyal customer of theirs because they are very honest and are focused on repairing the issue instead of trying to sell you a new Ac unit. I would recommend them to others.
We were having issues with our AC unit. First Choice was there the next day at 7:30am to fix it. We needed an entirely new unit. Abel and Alex were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our personal space while working. Would recommend them to anyone.
