First Choice has the customer BEST SERVICE, the nicest professional people, Marissa and her team are so helpful and reliable! They are always available to help you no matter what the problem is. Attila is the owner and he is so Honest and hardworking and he has great employees. Eduardo was my service man today. He is excellent! Won’t do business with this company any more. Had deteriorated over the last 6 years. Tech doesn’t have people skills and had 1 hr and 15 min to tell me the good news and bad news but was more interested in my waiting for him to give me a detailed explanation of a diagnostic chart. I ran out of time and had my own meeting running late over this. Bad attitude by the tech and was argumentative. Train your employees to have people skills!

I should have written this review a year ago when First Choice installed our new A/C unit. They did a great job. On the front-end Marissa was very knowledgeable about the different systems they offered and was able to help me select the right one for us. She also knew the process for getting our rebate through IID and she provided all the required forms and invoices promptly.
