Professional service and thorough care through the escrow process.
They are not very thorough and forgot to provide information for closing. They blamed it on a new system but we pay a large amount of money and they should be responsible for getting it correct prior to closing. We shouldn’t have to pay anything for the large mistake they made. I see a different recommendation that this happened to someone else.
