First Realtor recently represented us in the sale of a property in Havelock, NC. While they are knowledgeable, we were very displeased with services provided by the agent assigned to us, Tema Barnes. In serving as a dual agent for us and the buyer, she did not represent us equitably. We expressed a concern to First Realtor and they didn’t bother to acknowledge, nor respond to our concern. We would definitely not recommend this agency. W. Simmons

We were very lucky to have Tracy Kimball as our realtor. She was so helpful every step of the way and she was so personable. She made it so simple and stress free. If something came up (which it always does) Tracy was right there for you. The sellers wished they had used her rather than the realtor they already had! Great quality, good value and just a great lady all around.
