I went here back in 2017 and I had a great experience but today I called to get an appointment and the lady on the phone was really cold and let me down. Told me to go to the hospital like I have Crohn’s disease I am not about to go to the hospital. So disappointed maybe they have new staff. I really don’t know what to do.
I didn’t get pass the front desk via phone call inquiring about service..... rude rude rude! Decline the service that they website say they offer and defensive. They are not welcoming at all coming from a health facility
