This medical centre has very rude reception and blood test nurse. The three receptionists couldn't speak English well but know how to rude to their customer Three receptionists were seating there doing nothing, pretending being busy. The manager of this medical centre should do something to make better Australia.
Absolutely ridiculous service from admin to the general practitioners. Every time I have booked an appointment for myself or my clients Doctor Ponce picks and chooses when she wants to call or if she’s going to call for Telehealth appointments. This is unjust and unfair medical practice. You shouldn’t book an appointment if the doctor is going to call 6 hours after the fact, my elderly clients require urgent attention and with any other medical practice if you have an appointment at 1pm you are called or seen within the hour... read more

This medical centre has very rude reception. Three receptions seating there doing nothing except rude to their customer. That's their way to eliminate customer.
This medical centre need to be shut down receptionist should never be able to get a job again and the drs need to go back to medical school. I will be making a complaint with aprah regarding this practic the receptionist and drs in this practice
