Extremely disappointed with my consult with Dr. B. Ponce. She was rude, condescending, dismissive and failed to take a proper symptom history! Without looking at my skin she immediately said I need to do a phone consult with my existing docter. I told her I came to see her as i want a 2nd opinion. I explicitly informed her that I had previously used a specific cream with no success, yet she ignored my medical history and prescribed the exact same treatment anyway. I have never been treated so poorly by a docter in my life.... read more
Extremely disappointing experience I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Bernadette Ponce. Her manner came across as rude and dismissive from the beginning, and I did not feel that my concerns about my child were taken seriously. What was most concerning was that she barely acknowledged or examined my child and did not properly look at them during the consultation.
