I've been a patient here for many years when they opening. I've been here at least 3 or 4 times. Monday December 22, 2025. Question 12:30-12:55 PM I came to this clinic because I was shopping. I was in a lot of pain from food poisoning, my blood pressure was high, and I had dizziness and a terrible headache. The quickest thing to do was to find a doctor before going to the hospital. Great staff ⚕️.
The reception was OK. But Dr. Bernadett was rude, terrible, wouldn't listen, always cutting off. Keep away or ask for another GP. The only good doctor was Dr. Sadia who has left them.
I see the bad reviews and I know with 100% certainty they haven’t seen dr Caroline who is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. She is patient and empathetic, and without a doubt has my best health in mind while treating me. I do fear such a positive review will make her more busy to my detriment, but if you need a kind compassionate doctor there ia no one better!
DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL CENTRE AT ANY COST ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR KIDS. I TOOK MY 8 MONTH INFANT FOR EMERGENCY ANAPHYLAXIS (SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION) ALL HIS BODY WAS RED AND HE WAS SCREAMING AND RED DOTS WAS EVERYWHERE ON HIS BODY..WE DIDNT KNOW HE HAVE ALLERGY TO AN EGG IT WAS THE CLOSEST PLACE TO GO SO WE DID.
