I received a pathology referral via email from a different GP through Telehealth. Since Clinical Labs located inside First Care Medical Centre at Rosemeadow is the closest to me and opens at 8am before I start work I went there to get the test done. Unfortunately, the pathologist’s email wasn’t working, so they couldn’t print the referral. They suggested I ask the reception staff for help. Absolutely no point going to this place. You’re told to you need to make an appointment; only sit and wait for an hour PAST your scheduled appointment Absolutely ridiculous! It really doesn’t help when patients are extremely unwell, dealing with fevers and the feeling of impending death. This ‘Medical Centre’ is the definition of absolutely ridiculous!
Wouldn’t even bother. The service is below par especially their phone service.
Worse medical centre to ever exist. Reception ladies (not all) are so rude and will ignore you on the phone when they don’t want to do their job properly. They can’t Escript one dam script. One doctor sent it to the wrong number then I tried to phone them again advising my little brother still hasn’t got his script, was transferred to DR FARMY and he advised me it was sent then hung up straight away, still didn’t get it.
