This place needs to be closed down
Even making an appointment is POINTLESS. Doctor turns up 2 minutes before my time slot then calls someone else in before me. The system is in irreversible repair. Bring back the Hippocratic Oath. Make that 3 patients before me. I'm not sure reception knows how to fill out an appointment book. Instead of 16:15, I should've been told 17:15.
The new male reception confirmed with me I was next in line to see the GP, an hour later I asked and he said he forgot to put me in the system, no sorry or anything just said your on the list now, wasted 2 hours to see the GP, while 8 people who walked in were seen 1st, very unprofessional.
It’s great if you’ve got a couple of hours to wait. Also great if you want to schedule a telehealth phonecall that won’t happen. 🙃
Not enough doctors waiting too long atleast 2 to 3 hours.
