It’s a shame that this office constantly dosent answer the phone 15 mins to close. I have called over 6 times and 3 times on another phone and they just let it ring. Mind you it’s a Friday and i need hell before the weekend. So much for health care right?
I currently have a broken collar bone. It has been broken in 3 pieces for over 2 weeks now, and I have been trying to get a referral for surgery but the front office cannot seem to handle the paperwork or file it correctly. Ive spoken to my insurance company and they have said they have not seen a referral yet. I had to physically go into the office today without an appointment to try to get this resolved. DrWaheed is very down to earth, and extreamly Smart ,my entire family see Dr. Waheed and all us us respect his intelligence.We will stay with this Dr as long as he is in practice.
Horrible customer service. When I call to ask a question someone automatically puts me on hold without notice and I am stuck waiting on hold until the call drops.
