I was visiting Toronto and booked a massage a week in advance. They called the day prior to ensure I was still coming and I confirmed. The day of, there was a snow storm so I left early to avoid any issues, to my annoyance I received a call saying the person I was scheduled with called in sick and my massage is cancelled! I am incredibly disappointed, as I was really looking forward to it.
