Almost genuinely impossible to get them on the phone. Worst receptionist team I have ever experienced.
Extremely long waiting in person. Don't bother leaving messages because you won't get a call back. Answering service does not appear to be monitored? Find somewhere else if health related services are needed.
I am NOT a person that goes to the Dr. for anything! Unless I have to. 1st Care has two of the best Dr's I have ever went to for care! I have no problem going to this care provider at all!! Great work. 😊
I checked in at 9am on a Thursday, the check in process was great and I was back in an exam room by 9:15. Dr. Westfall came into the exam room at 10:30am! He was quite glib and arrogant, making off handed comments about the medications I was on. His appearance was quite slovenly, appearing to barely fit into his wrinkled and soiled scrubs and he seemed put out as if I was wasting his precious time.
