The wait to be seen was only around 1 hour which isn’t terrible given how busy they were today. I was seen by Kevin and he was very nice and helpful.
Hard to call it an urgent care when they stop registration almost an hour before “closing.” May as well change the hours online so people don’t waste time showing up
Staff is very kind. Dana went above and beyond for me!
I went for a routine drug test. Had no problems the last time I went here for one. I waited an hour and there was only like two or three other people in the waiting room. The nurse must have been having a really bad day or something. She told me to roll up my pant legs, which I did. Maybe I unconsciously made a face to myself because I was caught off guard. I've never been asked to do that during the other drug tests I've taken, but she then asked me if I was gonna have attitude. Note I haven't said a single word or anything... read more
