They missed a glaring middle ear infection in my 15month old daughter. Pediatrician was beyond livid today when he was informed we tried urgent care yesterday and they had done an ear nose and throat exam. There was no one else in the building at the time and they still couldnt diagnose a routine infection and my daughter will have an extra day of pain because of it. Avoid at all costs they dont know what they are doing.
Went to go get physical lady was rude wouldn’t check when she could do it don’t recommend going here!!
What medical place doesn't take insurance
Why did I just call this place on my girlfriend's behalf and ask could they remove Staples from a surgery. The lady got smart with me and asked me why wouldn't I go back to the surgeon I responded because the surgeon is in Pittsburgh and doesn't take her insurance. She puts me on hold gets back on the phone and says no one there can do it you need to go back to the surgeon. 🤦🏿♂️ After I just let her know that the surgeon was out of state she was life flighted and the Surgeon doesn't accept her insurance!
