RecommendedI have had the misfortune of having a few property management companies before FCPM. My experience with FCPM has been great so far. Sure, as experience dictates, there is bound to be an occasional hiccup along the way. FCPM has bent over backwards and gone the distance to resolve issues and concerns that prioritize both the tenants and the owner. Poor execution in dealing with rental property problems especially if the cost is high. A lack of integrity in resolving said problems with little regard to the tenants well being. They will rent you a property and make every effort to mask potentially unhealthy living conditions just to get you locked into a contract. I worked in the housing industry for 22 years for a number of Management Companies and in all those years I've never seen the caring and Professionalism that I've seen from First Capital Property Management and my property manager Nicole. My house is very old and in need of many repairs. Nicole goes above and beyond no matter what the situation is to get things done.
