I needed to have teeth extracted. Due to a medical condition, it was in my best interest to remove them with localized numbing as opposed to being sedated. I was nervous! I've always feared the injections more than the drill. Dr. Smith and nurse Heather were excellent. They kept me informed and comfortable throughout the procedure. All was done within an hour. 24 hours later, I'm resting with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend for any oral surgical needs. Thank you for the first steps in my new smile.
Dr Kelsey Smith is awesome. She knows her business. She's a perfectionist & can explain what needs to be done & why in a way you can understand. She will draw you a picture or use models if needed. She will answer every question or concern you have & spend the time it takes to make you comfortable with your decision. Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed with Dr Smith and Brooke. Both surgeries couldn’t have gone any better! They are professional but still personable and really made my teens feel comfortable with the whole experience. It’s so nice to see people who truly love what they do! It makes all the difference!
My youngest needed A LOT of work done. Dr. Smith and everyone here treated us with respect, dignity, and really went the extra mile to make my son feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!
