This so called insurance company denied my claim even though it was a direct result of a claim the previous week that they did cover. Both my service representative and myself both tried to explain the situation but to no avail, they simple don’t care and rattled of their policy to me. When purchasing extended warranty for your vehicle I would seriously consider other providers.
