I called to speak to the Owner, I was told he would not be in for 4 years, then rudely hung up the phone. I called back he would not answer. Customer service non existent. Treat people with respect. Your not the only human being on this earth. Show some manners or don't answer the phone.

Security, sound system, smart feature, anything wired or non-wired we usually don't want to deal with, they make custom set-up and do maintain wonderfully. First Call's credentials and reputations are outstanding on reviews though you will know when you experience their planning, explaining and office admin, field technicians. You will satisfy and would like to also feel referring them to everybody!
