Hired this company through a friend. While they showed up in a timely manner, they brought way too many fans and humidifiers with them (one of their workers agreed and put them back in the van), as well as doing asbestos testing which was not needed on our younger building. They also removed all breakers from the electrical box and replaced, even though that didn't need to be done either. They also told me that end of the house would need to be gutted. Personally met Daniel Gimenez (Owner) of First Call Restoration Inc. Extremely approachable person and very down to earth personality. I can say with 100% assurance that he is someone who will go over and above to ensure excellence with his own clients. Highly approved :)

Daniel is a stand up guy. First Call is fast, trustworthy, compassionate, and good at what they do. Easy five stars from me. I would give them 6 if I could. I will always call them first for any flood or water damage or restoration services needed in the future.
