First Call came out when our sump pump failed in our basement. They had a remediation team onsite asap and then helped us with the restoration process every step of the way! So grateful for their help managing timelines and working with our insurance company! Highly recommend Ben and the team over at First Call!
We were very pleased with the mitigation and restoration work done by Twin Cities Finest and First Call Restoration after a broken water pipe caused damage to a downstairs bedroom and bath in our home. Anton and the team did an amazing job very friendly and made sure the work was done the right way.
What should have been a 30 day project was six months of stress. My home is in a worse condition than it started. Their subcontractor (almost all of the work is done by other companies) was negligent. They left major scratches in my wood flooring. They walked on my carpet with wood stain and irreparably damaged it. First Call took bare minimum accountability. I spent hours chasing them and sharing the same information repeatedly.
