Not too sure who was hired to give a great review?! I’ve had issues after issues with this company. Many calls, babysitting the employees, they cut many corners on things. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend to check on things nothing would’ve been cleaned properly. Mind you it cost us $14,000!!! Not happy at all and we’re not close to done! I asked to speak with the owner and never received a call. I’m so upset. I have kids that need to be moved into our home and it seems like no one cares. This is ridiculous! RUN!!! From start to finish, in my absence, the first call crew did an amazing job. When I returned, I was very pleased with their work. On the phone, I was treated like a person, with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend First Call to anyone who needs their service.

This is a company that is highly professional and thorough. We had some stubborn moisture from a leak in 9 degree weather and they persisted and tried different things to try to accomodate our personal needs and ultimately did a phenomenal job. They also know what they are doing handling insurance companies which is a MASSIVE relief whenever insurance gives you trouble. If you need restoration work, call these folks.

Our a/c that was in the living room wall leaked through the wall , and the floor to two rooms below . Mold everywhere . A nightmare ! First Call was awesome to deal with . Quick , efficient and very pleasant ! They are life savers
