Our a/c that was in the living room wall leaked through the wall , and the floor to two rooms below . Mold everywhere . A nightmare ! First Call was awesome to deal with . Quick , efficient and very pleasant ! They are life savers

We were very happy with the remediation services. We ran into a small glitch, but what's important is that First Call did what they needed to make it right. It's rare that everything goes exactly according to plan with any project, so what matters most to me is a company who will work with you towards a resolution, which they did. For this reason, we would recommend them.

I called several companies throughout Westchester, First Call was the last one I reached yet most responsive and got started on the remediation work after a flood almost immediately. They were well into the clean up before other companies even responded my messages. They wore booties in the house, very clean and respectful. They finished everything in less than two days.
