We are very satisfied with First Call.. During the winter we had a water leak from the roof and First Call came out to give us an estimate! Mike was very helpful and Knowledgeable at the time of the estimate! Howard did the actual work at our home and was over and beyond exceptional in every which way! We would absolutely recommend this business!!
Exceptional experience from start to finish. Jen (and Michelle)in customer service went above and beyond for us as did Mike and the whole team. I can honestly say they made an unpleasant reality so much better: professional, timely, thorough. We highly recommend them! Thank you all sincerely.
Not too sure who was hired to give a great review?! I’ve had issues after issues with this company. Many calls, babysitting the employees, they cut many corners on things. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend to check on things nothing would’ve been cleaned properly. Mind you it cost us $14,000!!! Not happy at all and we’re not close to done! I asked to speak with the owner and never received a call. I’m so upset. I have kids that need to be moved into our home and it seems like no one cares. This is ridiculous! RUN!!! Ice dams caused a pretty extensive leak in our home - spanning two floors and affecting three rooms. We saw a large number of recommendations for First Call and we are so glad we reached out to them.
