I called several companies throughout Westchester, First Call was the last one I reached yet most responsive and got started on the remediation work after a flood almost immediately. They were well into the clean up before other companies even responded my messages. They wore booties in the house, very clean and respectful. They finished everything in less than two days. First call restoration came out and evaluate the damage the same day we called. When we decided to go with first call. They put us on the schedule the next business day. The team of guys that came out Gary James Jamie and ed did a stellar job removing and cleaning the effected areas. What a good group of hardworking men!

The crew was on time, very friendly, extremely neat, and did an outstanding job resulting in a clean bill for restoration approval. Also, it is a family operated business that goes the extra mile in serving the customer needs and concerns. Every call was answered promply. The biggest plus was their competive bid that was far below other bids. I was one HAPPY customer.
