Bill is ethical, effective, efficient, and believes in getting the job done right. I was sick and his firm was concerned about my health! That is a million miles of thank yous and appreciation to him for helping me get the correct amount from my insurance company. My insurance only wanted to pay for 10 shingles when I didn't have the knowledge or strength to fight them and now I am getting a new roof.
