We called this company for a second opinion after another HVAC business quoted us a very large amount of money. Lauren took the time to thoroughly inspect our system and gave a clear, easy-to-understand explanation of the static pressure readings and what they actually mean. She explained that the furnace is not a safety concern and that nothing needs to be done right now. Excellent experience with Andrew T this morning. He got my furnace running like a champ. He was thorough & very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to buy a new one.

Emmanuel was very nice and thorough when here. The only reason I didn’t move forward with First call was because I was told I would receive the quote the same day or the next day and I didn’t receive it until the following Wednesday. That did not sit well with me.
