Micheal was very helpful in explaining things that have went wrong with our unit multiple times and knew how to repair the issue. Our unit is still under 5 years old so my frustrations were very high and he helped to calm my reservations.

We had a tech out on Monday. We were told they needed to order a part and that we’d hear from them by Wednesday or Thursday. It’s now Friday after days of temps in the 90’s and have yet to hear from anyone. Tried calling and all you get is AI. We pay monthly for warranty service, lot of good that does. Horrible customer service

I strongly advise against using this company for any HVAC services. They installed my commercial unit for $17,600 four years ago. Now, I’m facing recurring leaking issues. They serviced the problem last year, but this year, I’m still experiencing the same issue. I’ve been calling them for the past two days, and they’ve informed me that they no longer provide commercial HVAC services.
