Great, prompt service – We had them install and AC unit in our house. We gotten a quote from Jacobs as well, but when I called back to get more details on the cost, no one ever called me back. Steve from First Call came out and answered all our questions in detail. Followed up a week later and answered more questions. He also gave us his personal cell phone to call him.
