When our furnace had an issue, First Call sent a technician out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had us booked for a furnace replacement within a week. Everyone we dealt with — Scott, Steven, Len, and Joe — was friendly, professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. We really appreciated the time they took to explain everything and educate us throughout the process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend First Call!
Chose First Call for the installation of a new furnace and AC a few years ago. From the quote to the installation to the service, everyone from First Call has been thorough and thoughtful from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough and I hope they will decide to do service and warranty work on Devon soon so that I can continue working with them in my new home.
