Fantastic prompt service today on AC unit, hottest day so far. One call and here within a couple hours, did a very thorough inspection and made recommendations for maintenance for the fall. AC back up and running and husband more informed. Highly satisfied. Great price for a call on the weekend.
Amazing service and so helpful - would definitely use again ! We did use again! Had to replace the furnace (Lennox) and humidifier solenoid. Technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous. They come when they say they are going to come and completed the job in a half day. Always impressed with their service and this company.
I've updated my review. Initially I wasn't pleased with the service call. The manager followed up with me and gave me some additional information along with advising me he will look into it further. I really appreciate the follow up I was given.
