What a fantastic company and staff. We were and are so impressed with the care and hard work the techs (and all the staff at First Call) put in. Keaton and Carter were extremely thorough and worked hard to get our ancient furnace out, new one in, new AC and humidifier. This is our second I stall with the first call team (new house) and we will use them forever! Shout out to Steven and Donna as well for their great service :)

Called for an emergency repair as my furnace died unexpectedly this past Saturday evening. Called and spoke to their dispatch who took all of my information and said their emergency tech would call me back. It is now almost 48 hours later and have not received a call-back. Was hoping that the high ratings would mean prompt service, but looks like I had to leave this type of review. Went with Action Furnace instead who was able to get a tech out. First Call took care of the install of a new furnace and hot water tank last year. They did so quite promptly and efficiently. When the inspection raised some issues, they addressed them quickly. One year later, they’ve completed a comprehensive review. The bottom line is that I’ve had absolutely no problems with the equipment. If anything arises, I’m confident that First Call would come out and take the necessary steps to deal with it. I highly recommend this company.
