Very prompt. The company name says it all...they were the "First Call" I received in response to my project request. I explained my needs and Michael made a few suggestions and said he would come prepared if I agreed to go with First Call. Michael was great. I was running a bit late to meet him but he agreed to wait the 20 minutes until I could get home. He was able to repair my door on the spot.
