This helpline has emotionally saved my life. I want to give a shout out to 3 special counselors: Mary Kate, Alexis and Tisha, who reminded me what being caring and sweet meant. All 3 lovely ladies. The rest of the staff is great too
211 puts rulebooks above my feelings and the staff is callous. Being right is more important to them than the welfare of the callers

this place is the absolute most horrific place to go. my mother had kidney issues and been with this doctor for over 10 years, all she needed was a referral from this office to be seen by a kidney specialist, 2 months has now gone by and they keep giving her the runaround. she has yet to be seen by the specialist, she is still waiting for this referral and it’s been over 2 months. They do not care for their patients. close that place down right now
