I was misdiagnosed with hypothyroid by Dr. Jordan DePaz. He prescribed me a medication, levothyroxine, k should never have been prescribed. He continued after he received a Normal result from Quest Diagnostics two years in a row, January 2021- Normal and January 2022. He endangered my life. I lost 100lbs in a couple of months. Dr. DePaz misdiagnosed me with hypothyroid. He prescribed me levothyroxine even though he had received two normal test results over two years from Quest Diagnostics. He ignored the results from Quest and continued to treat me for the hypothyroid that he had misdiagnosed. I lost 100lbs in a couple months from the levothyroxine. The prescription caused my normal thyroid to behave as if I had hyperthyroid. The prescription from Dr. DePaz caused me almost constant seizures for almost 3 years.
