They are doing work at our apartment complex. I looked out and noticed a guy leaning on my wife’s car and then drawing on the rear windshield. I went out and told him not to touch what isn’t his. He then smirked it the window at me and my wife until his co-worker turned towards him. He keeps peering in which is unprofessional all together. Then my wife went outside and another guy said something in passing that made her uncomfortable.
