I'm not going to lie, the food and ambiance was just fine. Nice staff, good menu, ambience was relaxed. My real beef, ha, was that it's just a burger joint, and the prices were way too high! The burger was good, not great, slightly overcooked for my taste, but nevertheless decent. It reminded me of halfway decent pub grub. The problem is the prices are not commiserate to the type of food. Linda, Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience at First Burger. When speaking to the staff, I was told that a server was training one of our new hires on the computer system. I let them know that customers should always be greeted upon entering and seated immediately. The rest of the staff will be reminded of this as well.
