I just received in the mail a lowball offer from First Bay Capital., when last week another company offered to buy my house for almost $100,000 more! If I sell my house, it will be with some company who has morals and integrity.
They are a predatory Leander and try to undervalue peoples homes and buy up the whole neighborhood so they can raise rent prices then drive families out of the market. Don’t do business with them.
My experience with First Bay Capital was amazing from the first time I talk to Tony and met with Johnny the process was easy and smooth. They where fair on the price and they even gave me 30 extra free days after closing to get my stuff out do to everything happen right before Christmas. Great company and the staff is excellent and professional
