Customer service of the clerks: very friendly Customer service of the loan office: unprofessional Amount of time waiting for an appointment: no wait When we first called they were very persistent on getting us in to discuss a possible mortgage. First words that she’s says with us in the office is “I’m assuming your here for a zero down mortgage” yes we were there to discuss a possible zero down but asking which mortgage we were applying for would’ve been more professional.
