Lack of communication and feedback.
Great bank to work with! When you call they answer the phone and get you answers, not hand you off to another department. Happy to have them in Roseville.
What's the point of having a night deposit when it's in a locked entry that you can't access!?
I know all banks close around 5, but 4:30 is too early, when am I supposed to be able to do anything with the bank, let alone the weekend Edit: second time I’ve had to come to this bank and yet again it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Nobody inside was willing to help me and I was just left to figure it all out without any help, meanwhile the only pen I had access to was dry and so I was having to scrape my information into the envelope and HOPE that the workers can see it otherwise I’m SOL.
