Absolutely worst customer service. Their online service crew will say they can help you, but they can’t. They’ll tell you a bank will call/email you and they won’t. They just keep saying that they’ll refer you to someone who can help…but then no one is ever available to help. They’ll charge you fees just so that they can charge overdraft fees on the fees that they charged you. I didn’t get a bank statement from them for over 3 years and online customer service will say they can’t send you them because it’s “online banking.” ... read more
Absolutely the worst bank I have ever been with, even worse than Wells Fargo. They cannot do their job correctly. I have been with them for almost 10 years but I am finally done with their BS. Horrible customer service if you actually have an issue. Need something special done on your account, don't worry they will mess it up every single time. Save yourself the headache and money, because their mistakes cost you money, and go with literally anyone else!
