The staff is always great. They welcome questions and are always willing to help. Overall it seems like a great bank.
I love the customer service at First Bank of Owasso and such kindness - I highly recommend this bank and have banked here for years - My dad has banked here since 1970 and has never left - Thank you First Bank of Owasso for your service!!!
As a business account holder I have found a lot of their practices to be archaic but tolerable. After having to deal with a rude employee acting like a child on the phone today however I’m considering no longer banking here.
