Co signed for my nephew on a car. he totaled the car and insurance paid off what it was worth leaving us a balance. Nephew disappeared and accrued a bunch of late payments. I caught up payments and am down to just a few more payments that are all just late fees. Since i am paying the car off a year early they are charging me 145 dollar fee. I called and talked to several people trying to get them to work with me and the higher up I got the Ruder they became. their customer service is absolutely horrible. missed one payment and they not will to work with but keep chargeing late fees with other bank the give one payment forgiveness by putting at the end of your loan . but u can even take to them. so every month i got late fee adding up each month even thought i made every payment since .stay away from here . then need to go out of bossiness.
They have horrible customer service. We have attempted to work with them - always get told that everyone unavailable or with another customer. Asked for a Manager several times & told we will receive a call, and don't. Best yet is today they hung up on us as we are in process of attempting to get information from them about paying off the loan & getting it with another bank. I can't think of a worse managed bank!! Melissa was the worst I've ever dealt with for car loans! Waited over 3 months for her to sign for receiving a check from insurance company bc vehicle got totaled, gap insurance I got thru them didn't cover everything, and had submitted payoff 3 weeks ago and still have not received my title and when I log into my account it still says I owe a way different amount than what I was told! I had to turn them in to the BBB & will contact the CRC for invalid late fees, their loan specialist lied to me saying I didn't make my November payment but changed her tune when I told her I had the money order receipt in front of me, she was rude & she was mentioned in my letter to the BBB. They charged me outrageous extra fees with no proof where my my money was actually going. To be honest a one star is too good for this company!
Won't take payment on the phone,I asked them to send me the link to pay online,no response.they can shove thier late charges up their ass
