Horrible customer service
This bank is horrible, you receive different information depending on who you speak with. I would never recommend taking a loan out... when you try and pay it off they punish you with a continual run around.

Would not recommend. Called to ask if I could make payments through my bank because it was not listed as one of the 4 options. Wouldn’t answer the question because my name wasn’t on the loan. I wasn’t asking for any info on loan, just a generic question. Then asked if I was going to apply for loan, could I make payments through my bank, still wouldn’t answer!!! Great customer service, NOT!!!
Regret dealing with this bank. I had to provide insurance binder to get the loan. Since my insurance company has sent them a copy of the binder. I have sent a copy and emailed a copy, now i am totally expecting ANOTHER letter from them saying they need it or them just adding the overpriced for less coverage they keep threatening to add.
You guys suck as a bank!!!
If u have other options plzzzz do, they continuously wanna repossess your vehicle, add ridiculous late fees & definitely do not want 2 work w/you considering changing your due date, I have sent my payments as soon as my disability payout arrives, have told them, their response was, I have a 10 day grace period & there was no problem & now charging me ridiculous late fees! So I recommend not getting their service
First Bank could improve by not engaging in predatory lending practices by feeing for early payoff while not allowing someone to bypass payments without incurring late charges if they have paid their loan in advance. I would never recommend them after my experience with them.
Horrible experience with this bank. DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN FROM THIS BANK. Megan is the worst. She leaves early every day, doesn't return phone calls, and has no clue how to do her job or be a decent human being. She was constantly and consistently rude and beyond incompetent.
