Horrible customer service
This bank is horrible, you receive different information depending on who you speak with. I would never recommend taking a loan out... when you try and pay it off they punish you with a continual run around.

Would not recommend. Called to ask if I could make payments through my bank because it was not listed as one of the 4 options. Wouldn’t answer the question because my name wasn’t on the loan. I wasn’t asking for any info on loan, just a generic question. Then asked if I was going to apply for loan, could I make payments through my bank, still wouldn’t answer!!! Great customer service, NOT!!!
If u have other options plzzzz do, they continuously wanna repossess your vehicle, add ridiculous late fees & definitely do not want 2 work w/you considering changing your due date, I have sent my payments as soon as my disability payout arrives, have told them, their response was, I have a 10 day grace period & there was no problem & now charging me ridiculous late fees! So I recommend not getting their service
First Bank could improve by not engaging in predatory lending practices by feeing for early payoff while not allowing someone to bypass payments without incurring late charges if they have paid their loan in advance. I would never recommend them after my experience with them.
Co signed for my nephew on a car. he totaled the car and insurance paid off what it was worth leaving us a balance. Nephew disappeared and accrued a bunch of late payments. I caught up payments and am down to just a few more payments that are all just late fees. Since i am paying the car off a year early they are charging me 145 dollar fee. missed one payment and they not will to work with but keep chargeing late fees with other bank the give one payment forgiveness by putting at the end of your loan . but u can even take to them. so every month i got late fee adding up each month even thought i made every payment since .stay away from here . then need to go out of bossiness.
They have horrible customer service. We have attempted to work with them - always get told that everyone unavailable or with another customer. Asked for a Manager several times & told we will receive a call, and don't. Best yet is today they hung up on us as we are in process of attempting to get information from them about paying off the loan & getting it with another bank.
