Had to edit my review after service from Briana today. Been a customer for almost 10 years. She refused to take an online deposit because it was "too much" ... and my only option was to drive 2 hours (on a monday, workday) to bring her the piece of paper she already had a photo of through the app. Needless to say, rather than driving 2 hours on a workday, I spent 30 minutes on my lunch hour and I have a new bank.
