RecommendedTHEY are excellent in service ! I been with this bank for years. I have never been disappointed with any service I have had.
They charge you to bank there, the app is far behind the times, very few features, staff isn't bad but you're just another person, no individual recognition. I feel very hurt and insulted with my recent service with this company and I am very disappointed that I must close my account and seek someone else to handle my banking needs after so many years. Got my first car loan here.

RecommendedI have seen many changes with First Bank Kansas since I got my first checking account there in the 1960s! That does not make me quite as old as one might think as I wasn't officially a teenager yet! LOL But I had already started my first business venture which for most boys those days including me was mowing yards. I needed a way to track my cash flow and start establishing a credit rating and I was lucky enough to choose First Bank & Trust! They have served me very well all these years with only a few glitches. LOL
