RecommendedTHEY are excellent in service ! I been with this bank for years. I have never been disappointed with any service I have had.
They charge you to bank there, the app is far behind the times, very few features, staff isn't bad but you're just another person, no individual recognition. I feel very hurt and insulted with my recent service with this company and I am very disappointed that I must close my account and seek someone else to handle my banking needs after so many years. Got my first car loan here.

I have seen many changes with First Bank Kansas since I got my first checking account there in the 1960s! That does not make me quite as old as one might think as I wasn't officially a teenager yet! LOL But I had already started my first business venture which for most boys those days including me was mowing yards. I needed a way to track my cash flow and start establishing a credit rating and I was lucky enough to choose First Bank & Trust! They have served me very well all these years with only a few glitches. LOL
Great banking for over 10 yrs just brought a grandkid in to open account
