Everyone that works here seemed happy and friendly all willing to help the next customer promptly, this was my first time at this bank as I was depositing for a relative. I will be opening an account here just based on the service alone!
Service has gone down dramatically since Mark Felker left and Grant has taken over. I'm moving my accounts to another institution. I don't recommend doing business with this bank for any reason.
I have been an account holder with First Federal Bank since I was a 17 years old. It's been more than 16 years since I opened my account there. I've never experienced an issue. They've always been so kind and courteous. Very prompt too, when issues arise. I had an experience where my identity was stolen. They shut it down and contacted me immediately about a suspicious pending charge. It was not me. They contacted the business that the fraudulent transaction was pending for. All I can say is run from this Bank..I will not give then one star .I had been banking with them for years in the middle of buying a home.. Grant wanted me to sign paperwork that he did not want to explain to me, still to this day he has not called me back after leaving three messages to have an appointment with him. I was in the bank,he walks by with his head in his cell phone an never looked up. Grant has very low down poor communication skills,would not recommend.
