Love this Bank! I opened up an account here and couldn't be happier. I love the new look, and the staff is 2nd to none. ITM machines were a learning curve, but I have to admit I love it now. The staff all around are here to help. They have great offers for business and personal loans that you can actually get approved for. I never had that luck at Bank of America.

They WERE good ONCE! now they are TERRIBLE! don't bother going in unless you want an ATM. FIRST BANK IS AWFUL. AAWWFFUULL!!
Not a patron of the bank but brought in a check written from the bank was told it was policy that they don't cash checks from nonpatrons,when asked why, I was given conflicting reasons as to why they couldn't cash it and when I asked if it was a written policy they have yet to provide it in writing upon my request...it's very obvious that the reason as I stated to the Branch Manager depends on the person and it's even more obvious that I am not the right person, of course it would have been too much trouble to suggest that I... read more
