The WORST service I've ever experienced. The manager Dana LaPierre is passive aggressive and sits on here phone having personal conversations while you sit in the lobby waiting for her assistant. The banker asks what you need help with then proceeds to sit down while having his personal phones headset on while watching TikToks as your waiting for the manager to assist you (he doesnt even explain whats going on because the videos he is watching takes precedence over a customer, you will need to ask whats happening after sitti... read more
They use to be 5 star in my book but realized they have done me no justice and I feel a bit taken advantaged of with all the fees ...
Outstanding personalized service. Been very satisfied customer for 29 years.
The bank has just a few atm's, when cash deposits made in atm machine are not posted until 2 days later so they justified they 35 dollar fees, they do not open Saturdays, they close too early every day at 5pm while most of the banks close at 6pm. I personally wouldn't recommend any body to do business with this small bank. They keep moving from place to place to save money on rent but they don't help the customers.
