First Bank and their rep Rick Banda have been beyond negligent in handling our home purchase. Not our first time buying and in the business so very well versed on the process. We were promised, in writing, we would have a fixed rate mortgage. Rick Banda refused to disclose loan documents until our backs were against the wall with a day to close or lose our earnest money deposit of $100,000.
