Great customer service. Very friendly.
First Bank and their rep Rick Banda have been beyond negligent in handling our home purchase. Not our first time buying and in the business so very well versed on the process. We were promised, in writing, we would have a fixed rate mortgage. Rick Banda refused to disclose loan documents until our backs were against the wall with a day to close or lose our earnest money deposit of $100,000. Google maps was misleading. The closing time said 6 pm but the branch was actually closed at 5 pm
I absolutely love my bank. First Bank is the best bank ever. And Brittany Thomas has been so helpful and friendly. The whole step there has been great. Can't even think of any other bank I would rather go to.
